How to initiate a refund/return to Dreams & Co Wholesale

To initiate a return/refund process, you can send us an email to Help@shopdreamsco.com w/ the order number, reason and images if needed. We will get back to you by email. Returns for US items must have manufacturers tags and be returned in original packaging. Items must have no odors, no pet hair, and returned in a resellable condition.

How do you obtain your refund after your return is processed by Dreams & Co Wholesale?

* Upon receipt of the physical return we will refund your original payment method within 5-7 days if the item(s) have damage that is our fault. Your card issuing bank may take longer to process the refund and credit to your account. If you are canceling the order or returning for another reason than damaged, you will receive a shop credit to use on other perchases.
